Two tablespoons of carrier oil (sweet almond oil, olive oil, or coconut oil)
Five drops of ginger essential oil (anti-inflammatory)
Five drops of lavender essential oil (muscle relaxant)
Preparation:
In a glass bowl, mix the carrier oil with the essential oils.
Application:
Apply a small amount of the oil to your hands and wrists.
Massage in firm, circular motions from your fingertips to your wrists, then to your elbows. This stimulates blood flow.
Focus particularly on your palms and the base of your wrists.
Repeat this massage for 5-10 minutes, two or three times a day, especially if you perform repetitive work. Consult a doctor online.
General Guidelines for Proper Use
Work Ergonomics and Posture: Adjust the height of your chair and keyboard to keep your wrists straight while working. Take active breaks every 45-60 minutes to stretch your arms, hands, and fingers.
Stretching exercises: Gently rotate your wrists, firmly open and close your fingers, and extend your arm to lengthen your forearm muscles.
Supplements: If you have a deficiency, taking vitamin B supplements (especially B1, B6, and B12) under medical supervision may be very beneficial.
Hydration and nutrition: Stay well-hydrated and follow a diet rich in foods containing B vitamins (whole grains, nuts, bananas, eggs).
Listen to your body. These tips and advice are effective self-care tools, but should always be used in conjunction with a medical diagnosis to rule out any underlying medical conditions that require specific treatment. Nourishing hand cream.
